RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Without prejudice to the general terms and conditions of sale of E-SUPPLIER, a limited liability company (besloten vennootschap) under Belgian law, with its registered office at Pittemstraat 88A, 8760 Meulebeke (Belgium), and registered at the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number 0777.951.975 (hereinafter “E-Supplier”, “we“, “us” or derivatives), this return and refund policy (hereinafter “Return and Refund Policy”) governs the terms and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds of goods purchased from E-Supplier through our website, https://www.esupplier.be/ (hereinafter the “Website“).

 

1.        Returns and refunds

 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, goods purchased by you through our Website must be in the same condition and the original packaging, insofar as applicable. Moreover, to be eligible for an exchange, you must provide photographs proving the non-conformity or visible defects of the goods and proof that such defect does not result from the transport of the goods or careless storage.

 

We accept requests for refund within seven (7) calendar days of the actual delivery date and in any event before they are processed, treated or resold. Please provide us with the invoice details and, insofar as it concerns a non-conformity or visible defect, with the circumstances and time of determination of such defect. To initiate a request, please contact us at info@esupplier.be to obtain a return authorization and shipping instructions.

 

Once your return is received and inspected by us, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your request has been approved.

 

If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment within ninety (90) days counting from the moment we have accepted the return. The costs and risks of or for a return shall be borne by you, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

 

If your exchange is approved, we will ship similar goods as compared to the non-conform or defective goods to the address of your initial purchase order, unless communicated otherwise to us by e-mail. The delivery time of the exchange will be communicated to you by e-mail.

2.        Exceptions

 

Certain goods are non-returnable and non-refundable, including goods that are already used and/or installed. The following goods are deemed to have been used and/or installed:

              The goods/vehicles that have been driven for more than ten (10) kilometers;

              The goods that are not in their original condition after the initial delivery;

              The goods/batteries that have been charged or discharged.
