Without prejudice to the general terms and conditions of sale of E-SUPPLIER, a limited liability company (besloten vennootschap) under Belgian law, with its registered office at Pittemstraat 88A, 8760 Meulebeke (Belgium), and registered at the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number 0777.951.975 (hereinafter “E-Supplier”, “we“, “us” or derivatives), this shipping policy (hereinafter “Shipping Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions for shipping of the goods purchased from E-Supplier through our website, https://www.esupplier.be/ (hereinafter the “Website“).

 

1.        Shipping methods

 

We offer standard and expedited shipping options for national and international orders. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected during checkout. The goods shall be delivered to the address provided by you during the purchase process. The estimated delivery time and the shipping method and related costs will be indicated explicitly before checkout of your purchase.

2.        Delivery times

 

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are based on business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Delivery times are purely indicative and informative without the purchaser being able, in the event of it being exceeded, to make any claim for compensation or to cancel the order.

 

Actual delivery times may vary depending on factors such as shipping carrier delays, customs processing, and unforeseen circumstances. We will inform you by e-mail in due course of any material delays in the estimated delivery time as initially communicated with your purchase. Furthermore, you may track your order in accordance with article 5 of this Shipping Policy.

3.        Shipping costs

 

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package.

The exact amount of shipping costs, including any customs fees, taxes or other levies, will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.

4.        Shipping Restrictions

 

Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions or regulations imposed by national or international legislation and/or authorities. We reserve the right to cancel orders for goods that cannot be shipped to certain destinations. Should we need to cancel the order due to shipping restrictions, we shall inform you by e-mail.

5.        Order Tracking

 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with a tracking number. Subject to the functioning of the website of the carrier, you can track the status of your shipment and the delivery time at all times by entering the tracking number on the carrier’s website. In case there is no one available at the address you provided during the purchase process at the moment of delivery, you must follow the instructions of the delivery service in charge of the delivery of the order.
